Obituaries can be one of the most useful tools in genealogical research. In researching my English and German heritage, US obituaries gave me the most valuable information. It listed information about the deceased, their families and burials. By simply utilizing the obits properly, I saw my family tree grow. Off of some, I got 3 to 4 generations! Could you be that lucky?
